I've been involved in online sports betting for a while, and my experience with Betcoin.ag and Playbetr.com has been nothing short of a nightmare. My journey began on March 2, 2022, when I created an account on Betcoin.ag and deposited $1000. For nearly a year, I bet on football and basketball, enjoying the thrill of the game despite the relatively low betting limits.

Seeking higher limits, I discovered Playbetr.com, a sister website to Betcoin.ag, and created an account on December 31, 2022. I made a significant deposit of $4000 and later added another $1000 to $2000. Meanwhile, I also added another $1000 to my Betcoin.ag account. In total, I had invested between $7000 and $8000 in BTC across both sites.

Initially, I faced some losses, especially on Playbetr, where I exclusively bet on NBA games. However, my luck turned, and I started winning. These wins led me to attempt withdrawals, totaling 0.65 BTC from Playbetr and 0.21 BTC from Betcoin.ag. This is where my troubles began.

Both sites requested that I complete their Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. I promptly complied, submitting my driving license, selfies, and address proof. My accounts were verified, and I eagerly awaited my withdrawals. To my dismay, the next day, I found myself locked out of both accounts. When I managed to log in, I had no access to any features.

I received emails from both platforms accusing me of fraudulent activities and terminating my accounts, yet they offered to return my deposits. I found this laughable and unacceptable as I was more interested in my rightful winnings. Despite my continuous efforts to contact them via email and live chat since January 3, 2023, I received no meaningful response.

Playbetr, known for its transparency on forums, completely ignored me, leaving me and many others scammed out of our money. They listed a series of fraudulent actions without explaining how I violated any rules. I am confident I did not engage in any illegal activities. My bets were solely on NBA games, a market too large and regulated to manipulate.

Determined to resolve this, I am willing to take legal action and expose these unjust practices. Here are some links to proof of my claims:

Proof of my withdrawal requests, showing a total of 0.85

In summary, I have been scammed out of 0.85 BTC by Betcoin.ag and Playbetr.com. Despite being a fair player who did not break any rules, my accounts were blocked, and I have been ignored by both platforms. I am determined to hold them accountable and prevent them from scamming others.
