Tonybet casino operates irresponsibly

Tonybet and Casinoguru operate irresponsibly. Tonybet accepts players who they know are gambling addicts, and the casino guru thinks this is perfectly fine.

I read about a case where tonybet had paid the player 9000 dollars back, after having played all the money back during the long withdrawal process. As a gesture of goodwill, so to speak. This case seems to be a completely invented marketing gimmick.

I made a complaint and a review where I demanded money back because I told about my gambling addiction. I was still able to open an account and lose the money.

I thought the casino guru was on the side of the players, but I guess he's just a money-grubbing poster boy. I'm disappointed.

I'd say this explanation is pretty clear. The way I see it you are simply not entitled to any refunds. I'm sorry.

Hi, according to the complaint where it was written that you are not entitled to a refund, this is excellent news. I mean, the casino didn't have to do that, but you obviously reached some kind of agreement, which is great.

I would have a similar case, but the amount is much bigger at a different Casino. But they are not at all willing to negotiate...

There is really no such place where you can get in touch so that anonymity is preserved. I can make a fool of myself here, if need be. Would you like to tell me which casino it is? If you decide to file a complaint with mga, it is important that you have the original blocking message, at least where you tell about your gambling addiction, and possibly the casino's reply message where it says that your access to the casino has been blocked. That reply message is not absolutely necessary. Mga will take the case into consideration just with the initial message, which shows that you have told about gambling addiction and want to close the game account permanently.

Casinos under the MGA have a responsibility not to let in players they know to be addicted to gambling.
