Let me tell you something Charlie congrats and thank you for sharing your story because it means that you truly manned up and admitted your problem which 95% of addicts can’t or won’t do and I read what you said about 49 out of 50 spins where garbage well it can get a lot worse and I have over 8000 screenshots on my phone from a few online casinos and I’ve played them all and I have 1000% proof that they all cheat now I understand what a bold comment I’m making to whomever reads this and if a casino wants to call me out on this we’ll there’s a great chance that I’ll be able to tell them how they are cheating and proof with my screenshot s so stay away I’m not saying people can’t ever win but they are CHEATING again one more time I have indisputable proof one casino told me they are renting the software to there games ❤️🤣🤣🤣 seriously you know why they said that ? So they can pass the blame of the proof I have on to someone else random number generator you ever hear of that ? Well anyway what if I told you some slots run on an algorithm which after an hour or so runs the same outcome over and over again for instance I have the same screenshots of a certain slot I play and my screen shots are all on different days and my phone shows the date and time and yet I can show you the same winning screen shot multiple times on at least 5 different days do you understand that it’s impossible meaning we can’t even count the odds let alone 95% of the entire game is on my screen shots on multiple days as many as 10 or more I just found this out by accident and whomever reads this would you reply how this can possibly be random number generator? It’s not I can tell you what is going to happen on the next spin try me and I haven’t decided what I’m going to do with all this information especially the new stuff but if anything they aren’t cheating with running the algorithm they obviously don’t have a clue because a player could wipe them out like me I could change my bet from $1 to $10 When I know that the next spin or close to it will pay out 30 to 50 times my bet but I can also say while this is stupid in there part I can show how they cheat in 10 20 or even 30 different ways and we have the great people at guru on our side doing all they can and all these places still are willing to cheat us and be criminals? What if there was no guru imagine how bad it would be if it’s this bad with all those incredible people trying to protect us !! So again congrats and thanks for the mono stay strong and don’t doubt anything I’ve said in my above message because you will lose I have no reason or financial gain in any of this other then to warn others from getting there money stolen from them and I believe in god and believe there’s consequences when we do wrong or intentionally do things to hurt others so I commend you for your honesty and story although I may write a book for online players telling what to look for but if they read the book they will NEVER play understood? And it’s all true and any financial gain would go to addiction counselors or governments who turn these crooks in it must stop and on some websites they claim that they are closely monitored by some group that checks them for percentages of payout and that they are playing fair 100% baloney again cheating 10 to 30 different ways cmon again whomever is up for the challenge let me know if you think anything I’ve said above isn’t true or if you can prove me wrong and saying you won 5, 10 or 20k has nothing to do what I said above even a blind squirrel can find a nut so stop playing or check with guru and do your homework before depositing too bad I didn’t learn or hear about guru until recently and don’t be afraid to mention what the gurus rating is of that casino before depositing and read what other players have said it helped me out tremendously ✌️👍👏

Hello there,

I guess you should stay tuned to the website:

, and our social medial profiles - particularly Linkedin in this case. 🙂

Hello. Not sure if this tool works, but it doesn't hurt to try: https://betblocker.org/

It supposedly blocks any casino regardless of its jurisdiction, I have never used that program because I don't have the need, but you can give it a try, it would be very useful to know if it restricts access to non-European casinos. It reportedly blocks over 80,000 websites, apparently it's free, so it doesn't hurt to try

One of the Curacao sub-license providers offers a tool:

https://www.curacao-egaming.com/public-and-players/#section-self-exclusion

Sadly, it only excludes you from their list of casinos... There are four providers in total, though.

So, please keep that in mind and make sure to avoid the rest - if possible!

Stay strong!

Radka, I don't understand what you mean with four providers? Do you mean four game providers (Like Nolimit, Netent, Pragmatic Play, etc) or four casinos?

And what do you mean with this: Sadly, it only excludes you from their list of casinos

Sorry for the confusion 🙂

Hello!

No problem.

I was referring to sub-license providers. Curacao-based companies that sell sub-licenses to casinos.

There are actually four of them but only eGaming offers players a tool to exclude from all casinos licensed under eGaming sub-license. Meaning, you still will be able to register in casinos licensed under the Antillephone N.V. sub-license.

Is it better now? 🙂

Maybe a little... but it's still not clear. Let us take a new casino as an example: www.royspins.com. If I choose to exclude myself with the said tool, would that (for example) include www.royspins.com?

Also... I read this on their website:

Self-Exclusion

The option to Self-Exclude is an intermediary service offered by Curaçao eGaming.

By submitting a request for Self-Exclusion, the end user (player) triggers a mandatory procedure for the operator to discontinue services to the end user for a minimum of 6 (six) months as per the IP-Agreement between CEG and the operator. Please go to the seal of your casino website to apply for the self-exclusion feature.

What do they mean with "go to the seal of your casino website"? Sorry for all the questions. 😕

Allow me to start with the seal first:

Normally, the seals looks like this (mouse pointer):

filefile

But, I have never found a link allowing you to self-exclude under the seal - Antillphone N.V. This "mark" only shows the current status of the license (sub-license). So, it would not work with royspins casino - this is not licensed under eGaming company.

The tool I sent you is for eGaming licensed (CEG) casinos only, not for casinos licensed under Antillephone N.V. and the two others. 🙁

Like being said on the website:

"Players with CEG licensed operators have the right to voluntarily exclude or Self-Exclude. For more information, we kindly refer you to article 3 of the General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") between CEG and the Operator."

Hey,

Apologies, I never saw this reply when you posted it.

Thank you for your kind words.

Admitting to yourself that you have a problem is the most difficult thing to do. When you realise that you can’t lie to yourself, then the journey to recovery begins.

It takes so long and you put yourself through so much pain before you finally do come to your senses and realise that you have an issue.

Talking to people who have been through the pain does definitely help.

Keep strong.

A year ago I decided to lock myself in a casino that has an MGA license. I asked the operator to block me forever from their project. The operator did not warn me that I would be blocked in all casino projects. She did it on purpose, I'm sure. This is also happening.

Hi, do you think that the MGA self-excluded from all casinos that have this license or completely from all casinos ? Is there any problem at the moment that you want to play in a casino and it is not possible for you ?

Hello, good morning, it's great to hear this testimony, I really need it, I already won, but I lost much more than I gained, I left my reality of life, dreaming of being able to win playing, but I'm still struggling to really stop, and this testimony came on the right time.

Hi, I definitely understand that it can be hard to stop playing sometimes. But the sooner a player realizes that the edge is on the casino's side and players will eventually lose their money here the better, because I don't think it's worth it to have your life ruined.

Anyway, I'll leave you a guide about responsible gambling, which might be helpful to you and you could learn something from it.

I hope you won't have any more difficulties and you will be able to handle everything.

I wish you good luck.

I took a look at the CEG tool, and it seems it only applies to one single casino and not ALL casinos that operate under the CEG license? Is that correct?

Oldfog

I am not exactly sure how it works, to tell you the truth, but in my eyes, it should be for all the casinos under the CEG license.🤷‍♀️

I hope you will find it interesting and helpful in the article I posted under your post over here 👈.

Unfortunately, not all casinos provide the opportunity to self-exclude in your personal account. Then they delay the withdrawal of funds and most of the players, of course, do not wait for their winnings..

Do you have some kind of experience with it as well? Would you like to tell us more about it, perhaps?

I wish that all the casinos would take self-exclusion seriously and always try to do everything for the well-being of their players.
