First of all I will say, good on you for admitting this.

That is the hardest bit. I was in denial for many many years. Lost untold amounts of money and the biggest loss of all was the time I lost doing it.

There is no magic potion to stop yourself but with time away from gambling and focusing on finding yourself then the recovery is possible.

Ive had quick read of your posts on other threads. One thing I will say is not to try to recover your losses and make that your mission.

The money is gone. Hard as this is to accept.

Hello everyone, in my case it has been a very long journey since I admitted my gambling addiction, some operators despite telling them clearly continued sending me bonuses and promotions, despite myself I ended up relapsing, it wasn't that long ago that I played my last spin but I feel like I can get back on track and start again, it is difficult to recalibrate the brain when it has been exposed to gambling for so long, but although it is difficult it is not at all impossible.

I encourage all of you who are, or have been, in a moment like this. It's possible and it's worth it. If it's not fun, it's no longer a game.

It would be amazing to find an app that couldn't be deleted and blocked all types of casinos/bets. On Android, if you enter safe mode, you can delete all the ones I've tried. It's a shame because it would be a great help for a lot of people.

That's for sure, I would be happy if something like that existed for people who need it.

Yes, I tried it, the problem it has is the same as others of the style, if you enter safe mode (on android) you can delete it, anyway I really liked the interface.

Hmm, you mean here on our forum, when you get into safe mode, am I right? 

Sorry, I probably didn't explain myself well, I mean when you put your phone in safe mode on your Android device (I don't know about iOS) it allows you to delete the app, for me it's a huge flaw.

To be honest, I don't know what safe mode is on a mobile phone, I've never come across it. So, can't you turn it off somehow so that you don't get into safe mode and can't delete the app? 

It's very difficult to disable safe mode on a mobile phone because it allows you to troubleshoot errors in case of app failures, it also serves to diagnose, disable apps, etc. It's practically impossible for an average user to disable this function on their phone.

I understand, then it must be difficult for BetBlocker to remain as a mobile app.

It might be a good idea to seek some help if you think it could help. Reaching out to someone is not a bad thing at all, and in many cases it can have a positive effect.

Yes, I use it as a supplement. I'm in a rehabilitation program. I think it's going to be the only effective option.
