I had casino department that hold my $5k for 2 months for no reason

In the end they paid me. It turnout that this casino has no trading license

they were talking about T&C

why T&C only works for casinos operators favour and not customers.

They breach most of the rules and usually get away with it

Should be withdrawable.when someone wins with a bonus they should be able to withdraw any winnings that cover's gas fee's plus winnings.

At least put the bonus money back into the casino wallet to go for another shot at winning.

those terms and conditions that were imposed on my winnings are no longer there. My $8500 was reduced to $1350

and my 6500 was reduced $4200

I think casino guru should be available to advocate for this

Most of my winnings were coming from the first real money before the bonus was touched

Hi, do you mean you can't withdraw from a particular casino ? Or what does the word Bono mean ? I was wondering if it's some kind of game, but be sure to let me know so I don't get confused. 

Do you also have something to add to this concrete poll and therefore what would you prefer as a possibility ? I ask because I don't see much point in writing something similar.
