There is a problem on this site. I am unable to load any roulette game, and see a small red icon with a miserable face. Hovering over it with my cursor tells me that part of the page crashed.

I often use a vpn but even with it turned off any game still won't load.

Please can you look into this for me?

Could you please send me a screenshot showing the issue, or perhaps a short video if possible? I’d pass it on to our team so they could look into what might be causing it. This would really help us understand why you’re unable to launch so many games on our site.

I’d also recommend using the report button below any game that isn’t working. That lets our team know there’s a problem with that particular game.

I always look to play single zero Roulette, as I do play the outside numbers quite often. I don't like the double zero wheels

Sorry for the late reply. I have checked 3 or 4 different games at random and I attach edited screenshots of what came up on them. I couldn't remember which games showed a miserable faced small red icon. The vpn was turned off in all cases.

Please let me know if any screenshots have text missing.

The main error messages are readable, thank you. These screenshots show several different issues: Smartsoft’s page refusing to load inside another site, a location restriction from Switch Studios, an HTTPS warning, and a separate error in our login form.

This gives us more useful information than the earlier description. I’ll pass the screenshots to our team for checking, including the login error.

We will see what I get back.
