Withdrawal of “mixed balance”

Hey, all. As you’ve probably guessed, I’m new to the online casino scene. Been tinkering for about a week and have made a few avoidable mistakes when topping up etc.

My question, for anyone who might know is, what are the rules surrounding withdrawals when a balance consists of ndb winnings and winnings earned from paid balance? I was talking to support in game and although confused, she was bias in her answer.

Any helpful information is appreciated and thank you.

It's not the same in every casino, but generally speaking, the casino won't allow you to withdraw when the balance is mixed (real money and bonus money). You need to complete the wagering requirement first and then you're allowed to withdraw.

Wagering requirement means that whenever you get bonus money, you need to wager the amount X times. It's usually 30-50x. Of course, you can lose the money before you manage to complete the wagering requirement, but sometimes you manage to win a bigger amount while playing with the bonus money so you eventually manage to complete the wagering requirement and keep your winnings.

There are also casinos that allow you to cancel the bonus on your account and withdraw the real money you have on your account, because there are 2 different balances (real money and bonus money balance).

Thanks for replying, Daniel. Yeah, I’m aware of the wagering requirements involved. So, what happened in my situation was, I started out with an $18 no deposit code. Since there was no progress bar for your wagering requirements, I played till I was satisfied they were met and then played a bit till my balance had depleted a bit, just to be safe. Decided it was time to request a withdrawal so I made the mandatory deposit. I was busy at the time so i didn’t request the withdrawal immediately as I wasn’t to re-read over the bonus terms etc. jumped back on later that night and forgetting the request a withdrawal, started playing with my purchased funds+the bonus funds that had come in the first deposit promo, increasing my balance even further and clearing the wagering requirements involved there also. This is where I get confused. Am I limited to the withdrawal terms involved with a no deposit bonus or the regular withdrawal terms considering my most recent winning streak had come from balance acquired from a deposit?

Hm...I'm afraid that many casinos have a simple rule - bonus terms and conditions apply until you request the withdrawal. In that case, no matter how much you won with your own money, the winnings will be capped. You need to make a successful withdrawal in order to "remove the bonus terms and conditions".

I'm not sure if this is what happened to you. Did the casino tell you that your winnings are limited/capped or what's the current situation?

Hi, do you also have a problem with mixing the balance between real and bonus money ? As far as I have seen from time to time, it used to be in the specific bonus you received. It said how much you had already fulfilled and how much was still left to wager. However, if you can't find it anywhere, it's best to ask support if they can help you and guide you to where to find it.

Are you going to ask ?
