India is known for a million things, but casinos aren’t one of them. Part of the reason is the law of the country, and another part is the limited number of casino-goers. However, this seems to be changing, with more and more people learning about casinos and how they operate.
Only three places (one union territory and two states) in India have legal land-based or floating casinos. These are Daman, Goa, and Sikkim. All three states have a heavy tourist population at all times of the year, making them perfect for land-based casinos.
