I hope someone will be able to help you with their experience, but I think the best thing to do is to ask the casino how you could upload the Jeton documents. If you send three separate screenshots, does the casino have a problem with not having all the information on one ? Does the casino know of any alternative way you could upload it ?
Try asking support and let them know what they told you. Would that be possible ?
