However, I cannot receive the prize money. It has been several months since I submitted my KYC certification, but I have only received the initial acceptance email and no reply to any of my subsequent inquiries. I have made various inquiries to support, but have not received a single reply.

I'm so sorry. But these tournaments don't take place in a normal casino, am I right ? And you didn't get a single answer? I'm sorry, but apparently there is no way to help in situations like this, which is quite unfortunate if it doesn't involve the casino. 🙁
