it's faster than many other processors - paypal,etc... but it takes 5.5e fee so it's also high fee since pp is only 1% and others are 4% maybe

It depends on where the money comes from, if I transfer money from PayPal to Skrill, I can't use this at casinos either, but if money comes from the casino or is deposited from the bank account, I can do this very well for skrill to use.
