what happens to your deposits if the casino never verifies your account?

shouldn’t the casino refund deposits?

I have a friend, I feel really bad for her actually, she thought her account was verified because she had submitted her id and gotten a withdrawal. She has made several deposits. She deposited over $1000 this week and ended up requesting a withdrawal for $700. Casino won’t pay her and is asking for documents. She said she cannot find her drivers license anywhere and had already up loaded it before it went MIA in the system verification and it shows approved. She asked the casino to just refund the deposits until she get to the drivers license place to get a new one which will take at least a month. She has been crying all day about depositing that much and not being able to get anything back.

why do casinos allow players to deposit so much money when the casino knows the entire time they won’t let them cash out??? From her end her account says approved.

in my opinion if you cannot withdrawal and casino decides not to approve or verify account all deposits should be refunded. No one is just sending casinos money knowing the have no chance to withdrawal.

Hey, what casino are you talking about ?

Regarding the problem itself, I see that it is about verification. How long has your friend been trying to verify ? Has she been verified once and the casino is asking for some documents again, so it is a supplementary verification ? If she needs to upload her driver's license and doesn't have it, has she tried to ask the casino if it would be possible for her to provide some other document ?

Only when the verification is successful will she be able to withdraw the money, so she will have to go through this process.

I will wait for the answer.

I’m not sure what ever happened with it. Hopefully she got it worked out.

Oh, I thought you try to help her, but obviously it was only some general experience you wanted to share.

Never mind, thank you for that and I hope she will resolve it successfully. 🙂

If not you can direct her right to us and we will try to help.
