i would be interested to know if you think like me that if you put in a withdrawal request then it should be immediate or a latest up to 4hrs after the withdrawal request has been approved.

The withdrawals are very fast in bigger and better casinos (assuming your account is already verified). I'd say it all depends on the level of automation in the casino and your payment methods.

I remember that when I worked in a casino, ALL withdrawal requests had to be checked manually so for example you had a calendar and you marked there that Daniel - Skrill - 09.00 - 10.00. Then you had to go chronologically through all withdrawal requests to Skrill that were submitted between 9-10 and deal with it. Sometimes, there were more withdrawals, less staff available (weekends, public holiday) or some important payment method stopped working due to issues on the provider's side. Then it created a backlog. You couldn't approve some withdrawals that have been waiting there for more than 24 hours and when you finally could do that, you already had plenty of newer withdrawals in the queue.

Then we implemented an automated system. Basically, when your account was verified and some other conditions that I don't want to specify were met, your withdrawal has been approved automatically. That can speed up the process a lot.

According to my experience, the slow withdrawal process is usually caused by the issues on the payment provider's side or understaffed payment department in the casino where you play.

Getting the money immediately or 4 hours after the withdrawal has been processed in basically impossible if the casino doesn't have an account in the same bank as you. The world doesn't work this way. If the casino has a bank account in Russia, the bank can't process it so quickly that your local bank in the UK would have the money within few hours or instantly. These are international money transfers and they take some time, usually few days.

Yeah, when it says "same day withdrawals", I assume it means that they approve withdrawals on the same day, but it doesn't mean that the money will reach your account on the same day.
