A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Please be careful with these disputes, my bank account was suspended over the weekend and has been closed today after I went into the bank to get it unblocked. Looks like I have a CIFA from what I could gather. All they said to me is they suspect fraudulent activity. This is from doing goods not received disputes. It’s not worth the stress, just accept your losses and put it behind you or face the risk of this happening to you too.

I don’t know what everyone thinks about this as a suggestion…

create a thread/ comment in here all of those who have successfully claimed back funds either direct from casinos, from merchants or via chargebacks. List casino/ merchant name, contact email, estimated time to get funds back, or if bank then bank name and chargeback route used.

Ok that sounds odd ? sounds like a casino rep talking to be honest could be wrong though

Can anyone advise, so I raised chargebacks against merchant, they supplied false evidence so I contested it with further evidence however it fell out the time frame as I wasn’t able to view their evidence (I had to request it via post) anyways my bank had agreed to send it to pre-arbitration but have just got back to me and said that the merchant declined this and they can’t do anymore! I don’t understand how this works but now worried!

if you’re referring to me, I’m not a rep. All of my funds have been frozen for almost a week now, had no access to any of my money. All my SOs / DDs have been cancelled so I will miss bill payments this week. I’ve been able to open a new ‘basic’ bank account thankfully. Just keep this in mind because it could happen to anyone. I’ve done successful chargebacks before but probably too many and now they’ve been flagged for more reviews and it’s led to me losing my entire account. Banks don’t want customers like this.

This is disappointing to hear as I’m waiting to hear from them on my refund request and was very hopeful given the success others have had here.

anyone who has received a refund from swipez, how recent were they?
