Hid behind websites pretending they off no other service. And they just all use the same response and say they cannot find the details on their website. I’ve reported them for fraud so would recommend everyone does the same. Look on HMRC they are all being struck off.

Hi Jim this was a case on Casino Guru they just rejected it and spouted a load of nonsense about self exclusion and links to support ignoring the issue and it was not even taken to the casino site

Paul I had one myself here where velobet claimed I used someone elses ID to fool the system. I advised that I was unable to do the front facing camera scan as my camera was broken at the time so I sent my ID, passport, bank statements, written signed letter and they still sided with the casino

i got the same reply.. funnily i send two seperate emails, one for my visa and one for my mastercard.

Visa = same reply as you

MC = We don't have anything in our system

If that’s RBS Paul I would speak to the disputes team directly instead - their complaints team has a back log… mine hasn’t even been looked at in almost 5 weeks
