A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Did Finnart ever respond directly to you?I had one very small payment direct from them then they didn’t contest the others and agreed direct refund half way through Chase’s 45 day limit. I know a while back others did get direct refunds.

Would imagine it all got too much and they thought they could fraudulently start invoicing, with goods not received the idea/hope is they don’t come back but looks like a few are starting to.

£240 so nothing major - I asked for refund was denied then I pulled the terms saying they don’t accept UK players, explained the UK gambling act etc and they came back fairly quickly with we will refund directly.

Did you email ZPDG? Also what did you tell your bank the goods/services were for these? I have like £2,000 to these alone. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

Update nikotfp goldveils and global rise: after Revolut rejected the complaint, I submitted a formal complaint to Revolut via the form and once I receive a response by email, if negative, I will proceed with the FOS, I have about 10 active complaints and almost 20 resolved positively with Revolut, I am surprised that with these two traders who are known skin dealers they rejected them.

online dg instead does not respond to emails, let's wait a few more days

ZPDG was one of the ones I managed to do

under 12.7 incorrect MCC. I am

pretty sure someone had put the email address up on here a while back? I think it’s digital goods so need to convince bank that what they sell hasn’t turned up

I live near Hull. wanna go and knock on their doot together lol. Is it that computer shop, as I found one that was linked to a business in Hull?

God knows we are all the way over in Shrewsbury wife’s family live in Hull and wife originally from there, so it made me smile when randomly that came up considering everything is London haha.

It wouldn’t surprise me but I found some to be named the same as game shops as Creative digital solutions was a game shop in Panama but it was nothing to do with them, was a management agency.

No never came back to me with any of my requests or attempts for resolution. My chargeback through rev was successful however they provided monz with fabricated receipts. The data officer of finnart ignored all my gdpr requests also. Their non compliance resulted in me reporting them to the dpc, which an investigation is underway. The receipts they provided are very inconsistent and manipulated. Hopefully I've managed to pin point their mistakes/deceptive tactics.

I've found that a fair few seem to be linked to gaming purchases.

Did you get any refunds directly from any of them?

Hey Mate,

How long did it take for GBLRISE to refund your money? I've also had a few transactions with these crooks.

And what did you send them?

Thank you in advance

It’s so strange and inconsistent, I used to think it was on value so under a certain amount it was not contested but not sure nowadays as more are being fabricated. This has always been my argument to the banks, if it’s been delivered or provided then the onus is on them to prove it, a legitimate company would do. Hopefully Monz sort it for you, what’s their thoughts on DSAR being ignored or they not bothered they just think invoice means evidence you have it?

I am going to call Barclays today on mine as trying to text them the description is ok but I want to just give them that much info that they cannot reject it, will be interesting to see if the gaming ones come back as it should be delivered via Steam and an email receipt ,and they haven’t got my email or steam account so hopefully they don’t contest or provide fake invoices.

A lot are, on my first go round most were digital art NFT sort of stuff, whereas most now are gaming skins. Would imagine they are the easiest for them to fabricate into fake invoices. I don’t to ever be in this position again but I think the ones that have been most successful in getting stuff back have really educated themselves on what the process is, what the merchants sell and thinking of how to combat them.

I do think I have an avenue with the gaming items, as you can either say I don’t have steam and provide evidence of trying to show them log in details or like me I do actually have steam so if they fabricate it should be easy to show that account is fake etc.

Not sure if it’s still a problem I know Revolut is but the previously last year lots of people couldn’t get them raised whereas it seems more are now which is great news.
