A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

It's not if someone is right or wrong.

People freerolling is wrong and abuse the chargeback.

This forum is NOT for freerolling. It is for us who actually want a new fresh start without gambling with illegal casinos

Guys, ONLINE DG update: the bank has just refunded me all the disputed transactions informing me that it was a refund "subject to good completion"

I'm already happy like this, the times were very fast, I'm confident and I will have to wait for their checks but already having the money back even temporarily is a victory. In a few days I will also forward TRNDBM!

Every now and then you get them, used to be one from Germany forget his name do 10 posts trolling then get banned. Assume this is the same, him and Orangeworld likely linked, potentially casino reps or maybe just idiots with more time than sense.

OMG, how thick are you? No, I am not Paul McEwan, the bloke who got £50k in chargebacks only to lose it all again. You're so dense you've missed the whole point, and you call me a troll. Mate, you've got two Guru accounts just to follow the forum.

I'm not a casino rep, haha! All I said was to look at it more positively. It doesn't really matter if you get any money back as you'll just spend it again. That's all! I don't know what all the drama's about. Anyway, good luck.

Probably best putting down what bank it is, what card so Visa or Mastercard, list of merchants and then someone will help.

Few bits for you to start with - email merchants once you have decided if you go incorrect MCC route or goods not received that’s the starting point.

Wait response.

Start chargeback with bank.

Hi everyone

Just abit of an update!

I have finally managed to get monzo to dispute 10k back from TRVRS / TREVERS

Its take 4 disputes being raised and 3 complaints and tagging them into an email with the Financial ombudsman.

I have sent them a mountain of evidence showing that Curacao casinos are laundering money through UK companies.

An that many transactions had been duplicated Aswell as them being a fraudulent MMC.

Monzo are an absolute nightmare to lease with.

I was very honest that yes I spent it on gambling but explained heavily on the, I have only ever deposited directly into a casino, an that they where using fake MMCs registered in the UK

If anyone needs this

The TRVRS address is: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX\London\BN1 4DU 1 GBR

Sadly you've still got a long way to go my friend. I've raised disputes with 2 different merchants through monzo equating to 20k. One has had to go to the fos as despite claiming to have initiated the dispute I received no updates or closure of the case when the timeframe was up. They pull out all the tricks to get out of refunding you. It raises serious questions about the bank itself. But just make sure you are one step ahead is all I can. I'm on top of it luckily I will not be defeated lol

Was that on goods not received, my guess is many of these new banks are completely out of their depth on this.

100% monzo are not equipped to handle disputes.

I really think next year or so there is going to be something major about this and the banks/visa/mastercard are going to be fined or similar.
