So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Helping with what, exactly? I'm simply stating facts. I'm not the one with the addiction here—I lost a small amount and I couldn't get it back. Casino Guru keeps bombarding me with notifications about this group, and every time I check it out, it's the same losers being even more depressing. Go back to my previous comment, read it slowly—very slowly, word by word—try to process it with your addled brain, and you'll see I am right. I said it before and I'll say it again: even if you get refunded, you'll just lose it all over again.

Yes the goods route definitely raises concerns for them, although Chase completely blanked the fact these

companies are acting illegally and at CEO level complaint so I have just done goods with them and the incorrect MCC with Barclays. Well done getting it raised though.

Not true at all. I have received a significant amount of money back. I don’t have a problem it’s rare i even play anywhere these days and when I do it’s on legit UK casinos.
