A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Do you have any information about the dealers? Thank you.

No, I tried searching everywhere for Xyzlotr, Eumind, etc., and found nothing. All I can tell you is that they don't send any proof to the bank or object to anything. I received my refund about a month after I filed the chargeback with my bank.

Hi. I went through almost exactly the same situation. I won at an online casino, requested a withdrawal, and then my account was blocked. Now I'm trying to recover my money because the payments were processed through Xpate.

Hello, sorry for intruding, but regarding the unpaid winnings you keep mentioning, we can at least try help you if the matter is not older than six months. I guess it's good to mention this information also for other players in this thread.

did barclays raise chargebacks then? if so under what grounds? they keep refusing to do anything and saying it’s gambling we can’t do anything. I have literally provided them with written disclosures to the operator of a gambling addiction and them continually refusing to close my account. aswell as being unlicensed and disguising mcc codes and bypassing gambling blocks. idk what else i can do to get them to help

Hey guys, what exactly do you write to banking circle regarding transactions?

Hello, I’m hoping someone can help me unravel 2 payment descriptors.

Pixel-XL, also referenced as Pixelm, Warsaw in the transaction statement. There is a large entertainment arcade in Warsaw called Pixel-XL but given I’ve emailed a few times and keep getting "it’s not us", I suspect that Pixelm is using their details and brand logo illegally. Has anyone else encountered Pixelm, Warsaw and has any details available?

Gmskis, London. I’m assuming this is shorted and is game skins. I have come across one website based out of Hatton Garden but have yet to contact them. Wanted to check if anyone else had this as a descriptor and could advise.

I’ve been using this thread for a few weeks to start the process of trying to get some refunds. There is brilliant information here. I’ve already received a refund from Walletto re CNPCTO, which was quite quick. Are there any other descriptors that Walletto use that people are aware of?

Thanks in advance.

Yes they eventually raised them after a while going back and forth. They were raised under merchandise / service not as described.

For most of them I was able to do via the app so I didn’t have to get in touch with Barclays themselves

i raised disputes through the app and filled in the disputes forms with all my info and they have sent me letters continually declining as they are gambling transaction. Even though it was on a credit card. I have raised a formal complaint with barclays and shown that there are 250+ transactions total and that they probably should’ve seen the pattern seeing as i had spent 2/3 of my yearly income in 3 months on my credit card in 250+ rounded repeated transactions. I had only wanted to dispute 60 with winbeast as they refused to close my account before any had been made on my card and refused to close my account 6 times. aswell as disguising the MCC codes, using unrelated merchants, being unlicensed and purposely breaking uk law. Would be so much easier if they just raised the winbeast chargebacks like i asked
