Oh really? I believe all of mine were under the category merchandise / service not as described. To be honest at the beginning of mine they were really dragging their heels, it took ages for them to actually start the disputes

Sadly yeah, I suppose it’s the advisor you get. My chats ended twice during disputes so that’s not helped. Their complaints department calling me up due to how bad it’s been today. Just felt like they weren’t trying to help me to be honest against dodgy companies - which is what I’ll say. Happy for me to be a customer for 20 plus years but when I ask for help it’s a computer says no.

I am genuinely thinking of giving up on getting anything back from these companies. It seems a complete waste of my time at the moment. One last question though is there a relationship between volt,Kryptonim and Ivy Pay?
