A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Hi Danix, thanks for your help on the forum. I have several Priling payments, and I sent an email to the address you provided, but they say they don't recognize those Priling payments. Could you help me? Thanks

Hi, do you still have your browsing history left when you processed these payments? You can check that! I’m still looking for them also

Hoping someone can help - trying to reclaim deposit back from bank but the transactions are showing up days later and under two different payment merchants.

Not 100% sure this is correct, obviously don't want to claim fraud on a legit transaction.

But very much want this scam site to have some kind of repercussion.

I made two payments on 3rd June, £50 each, nothing showing on bank statement that day.

But a few days later there is one for £50 and one for £50.07 for merchants

tempobeat and citymotion_purchas

Anyone recognise or experienced similar discrepancies?

Has anyone been refunded for Euflopqi and Euflexqi? I emailed walletto but apparently these don't belong to them.

If you make a deposit to a casino via credit card payment it usually directs you to an interface that is an associated PSP - you can then cancel that payment but it stays in your browsing history. So it’s a good way to identify payment providers or gateways.

saying that I don’t have a history left in my browsers as it was cleared. But desperately looking for PSPs associated with Fishandspins. Merchants are img vibes, mlsys, sp wallet, mtl topup

Hi everyone,

I recently made a deposit at a casino, and the billing/merchant descriptions on my bank statement were "nexbric.net" and "skinb24*". Now, the platform has blocked my withdrawal and is giving me the runaround.

Has anyone had any experience with these particular payment gateways?

Hi, I’ve tracked them down. Both nexbric.net and skinb24* are websites operated by xpate ltd. They use these sites to conceal the volume of high-risk gambling activities. If you’re preparing a chargeback claim, please contact xpate directly.
