A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I attempted with Barclaycard and they rejected although have a feeling it's cause I attempted to do it as a bulk chargeback. I will be trying again this week!

Did they give you a reason for rejection? I’m just casually waiting for them to close my account lol

Skillzfun is gaming stars ltd. Email is info@gamingstarsltd.com they refunded a while ago. Tell them you’ve had transactions stolen from your bank. Provide screen shots and a pdf statement and masked card details.

They had said this to me today. Can you tell me as much as you can on how you got your money back and what you said to them and what they said back please? 🙏

Where they through Skrill? That’s the only difference

Hi Lizzie, did you get full refund or partial? How long did it take for you to receive?

Full and a few days

Finally successful disputes for both LEXIVER and ACTUALPLAY with Revolut. Both waited out the time so it’s taken since April but they haven’t even tried to dispute the claim.

I went down the route of good and services not delivered with Revolut and they raised them straight away

they haven’t said but they are closing my account at the end of July with no reason. My account is blocked, so can’t use my available funds, made multiple disputes for few different merchants and they have all refunded me. Just annoying as i have a load for PixelPay Solutions Ltd but i cant dispute now as cant access online banking, the merchant is just sending me generic responses back

This happened to me. They closed my account down and it took months to get my money. I had to keep going into the bank, 15 visits it took to finally get the money

Hey, yeah of course drop your email and I’ll send it over. Sorry I must have missed this reply

I’ll rephrase this then like most casinos they require a deposit they are a decentralised casino

im asking if they are legit as I’m getting mixed feedback

Hello, feel free to check the warning thread highlighted in the forum banner—decent casinos are usually not "decentralized" and request no (or higher) withdrawable fees:

Beware, scam casinos on the rise! Be on the lookout for similar logos - details in this thread 👈👈

This group represents pure scammy tactics and thus serves best as an example of what a decent casino should never look like. Let's talk more there, if you like.

You are welcome. Honestly, the more you say, the more I'm concerned. This is precisely how scammy sites operate these days. They aim to collect fees and deposit with no intention to pay. Those winnings are noreover usualy fake numbers since those sites rig cloned games to let anyone win with ease. Mostly send invites through any social or private channels possible, making it look like an irresistible or VIP offer.

Does it sound familiar? They also have fake licenses...

I suggest leaving this thread and checking the other thread I sent you—compare the graphics and the practices with the description collected by the community. We can talk more there.
