What sort of communication did you have from usupport if any after requesting refunds? Did they ask you for info before refunding?

100% fire off chargebacks. As soon as you do it sends a signal to the merchants accounts and a few days later refunds appear. Ive been doing it since march. Monzo will close your account so make sure you have a back up account to transfer refunds across. Yeah investigator didn't uphold.
