So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Hi. I just said the usual stuff about transactions on my account I don’t recognise and sent them a pdf statement showing those and give masked card details etc. I threatened further action and so on if not resolved. Did they not give you the same reply as I had? Is it the right email address: support@keyspectr.com ? Cheers mate

Can anyone help with PixelPay Solutions Ltd please. I have had one refund of £400.00 but my bank have out my account under review now, so i cant dispute anymore.

I just said usual stuff gave my masked card details I’ve used and they asked for my transactions etc and then came back to me and said they’ll initiate refunds.

No, they show as - PixelPay Solutions Ltd . I’ve had a £400 refund from bank for one dispute but now my account is under review with barclays who are closing my account, so can’t dispute the others.
