I'll have to wait and see. I will have about 12000 euros, is it easy to transfer that much?

You could run into a limit; however, in order to access your account, you must first get in touch with support. According to what others have said on the forum, Mifinity's support is pretty slow nowadays.

I also think no one is going to contact the tax office, you as a player, should know whether it is your response to contact the local tax office because it varies a lot based on local law. I'm just saying you should ask locals to get precise information. 🤔

The verfication process is pretty much straight forward Passport, proof of address = I would send a bank statement or utility bill. Bank for withdrawal = bank statement and card for debits or it could be bank statement as well. I have given up gambling so not going to be using the facility anymore. Customerservices@mifinity.com

My personal data such as an identity document and the selfie have been fast but the other party has already rejected a document that was a lifelong bank statement and clearly, I do not understand how a page like this only has a contact email that takes time in responding and when they deny you something they don't tell you why or what is missing...

Cool, thank you. I bet Mickem99 will appreciate the message.

By the way, I had to say it is quite a shame you insisted on closing your account when you decided to stop gambling. I recall you being close to violet rank!

One way or another, I'm glad you're here again supporting others, and mainly, you're keeping up to your word when it comes to gambling. 💚

They ask me for verification of the starting address and I have already uploaded a bank statement and also a certificate of where I live, for the address..

Hello, I am desperate, I pay money to whoever helps me withdraw my money through mifinity, or whoever lets me withdraw the money to their mifinity account and transfer it to my bank

It's not that simple, when you open your mifinity account it is tied to your name and address from you creating it, so you just can't withdraw it to any bank account. If you have a passport and a recent bank statement less than 3mths old I think you should be OK for verfication it's not that difficult to do. Only you can withdraw it to your bank so persevere and you will find a way

Did you send your bank statement in PDF form because it needs to be in that format to be accepted

I have obtained identity verification and I am missing address verification which I don't know what is needed... I have uploaded a bank statement and it is incomplete

It is true that on my identity document there is an address on the back, but I no longer live at that address, I don't think it is for any reason, since many people do not live at the address on their identity document...

I pay whoever really helps me, I need to withdraw my money... I don't know how mifinity can be the only option, it is the worst page I know, they don't verify your address and they don't tell you why the documents are wrong..

Have you managed to verify your account? They deny my address document, I don't know what to send and I don't understand how a casino uses that method, it's the worst thing there is... casinos should allow you to withdraw money by the same method you deposit, a card, a bank transfer...

Well, for the moment, I would use the .pdf format as suggested.

I think offering compensation is not an option since the more you post here, the more I'm convinced the easiest solution is to get in touch with Mifinity support. As I said earlier, their support, however, might be utterly slow in responses. 🙁 https://www.trustpilot.com/review/mifinity.com

Regarding the difference between where you live now and your ID's address I guess you should browse the Frequently Asked Questions:

https://support.mifinity.com/hc/en-gb/articles/4407938747281-MiFinity-eWallet-Q-A

You'll get this email: clientservices@mifinity.com

I would try that...
