I can see that it has moved forward at least a little when you already know what documents are needed. However, I have also seen from the conversation that they are still being rejected. It's not that difficult the app guides you through it up load your passport and a bank statement with details including your home address. The documents they showed were neither so it's no wonder they keep getting rejected

So I don't understand why my address is in the documentation where you can see my address clearly, I don't understand anything how it is possible that the ID approves where you can see my address is in the same documentation and the address doesn't approve me, all of that is very strange

Hi, according to what I can see, support probably didn't give you the answer you wanted. Does that mean there is no alternative to do it ? I've moved your post here and hopefully someone will be able to help you as many players have experience with Mifinity.

When you go onto the app to your account where the balance you want too withdraw is you will see the withdrawal options, in my case the bank account I verified. You might see that the option your looking for is there but you might have to verify that option which if I read you post correctly is Skrill
