As I know, it should not be a problem because the government usually controls the amount of deposits and there wasn't any limit for payout in 2023 laws. only usual taxes that may be different in different states.. I had many withdrawals recently from unlicensed casinos. Of course most of them was in crypto currencies method. that's a good way. but beside this you can have a consultation with a state lawyer because this is a big money and it is worth to pay a small fee and don't risk.

Your law breaks the law of your country. Because Vulkan is based in Cyprus. And Cyprus is part of the EU.
