Legal advise- 3 times more playthrough requirements than T&C

i have recently declined payment of my winnings due to a claim of breaching their bonus term, except I was more than certain I did not. Especially after 1 week of withdrawal request, I have played at least 5 times more amount of games and deposit 2 times more.

I requested an activity log, come to my shockings there are games i did not perform at the end of my wagering that conveniently breached the rule.

No way I can argue about this because this is system generated. is it really?

I analyze the game log carefully and found many errors. Other than anything but the total playthrough bet is higher, than what is required by x3 ++

x3 of my bonus amount = x3++ of my deposit and this could simply turn your winning to losing!

If a justification is based on a game log which either manipulated, OR system failed to perform such simple calculation at the background. How many players could possibly aware of this, shocking true? How many players, are actually victim of this particular "system error" turn from a winner to loser? That is a bit too convenient.

We are strictly required by x amount of playthrough not even 1 cent less before the withdrawal. But can a Casino charge 1 cent more than the playthrough requirement despite of anything?

Cause as far as i know, even a small mistake by pressing a wrong button in 1 game of 3000, your winnings are all gone.

they have this big sales pitch about fairgame and etc on the site, and that is why i joined the site.

Anyone has professional legal advise on this? I think it is a difficult claim against a casino, but it is so easy for them to claim us the one breaching T&C, when the T&C is breached by themselves all along.

Hello, may I know which casino are you referring to, please? Can't place any professional legal advice myself, however you can submit a complaint, so our team can take a closer look on this matter. Are you interested?

If you see games that you've never played in your game log, then the usual solution is that the casino needs to check your sessions history. It should clearly show which devices and when they were logged into your account. Then you can see if it was only your device or someone else's.
