hi Guys ,i think this regulator rules are going out of controll.it is unbelievable how casinos abuse this to stall players winnings to push them to play it away.in februari i send all my sourse of wealth documents while my acount was fully verified and now upon a new win [5500€ ]i have to send my sourse of wealth again .what is this for crap .after 3 days waiting, with out any notice from casino they just put my winning back as balance and ask for further documents .why in hell casinos treat all players as criminals and donkey ?what is the problem ?remember we are in controll ,no players ,no casinos.keep doing it untill you end up spinning balls for no one .what a shame .i dont think this is supported by the authorotys .i will be contacted back by the mga by phone .i will tell them everything about this sh... casinos and their practices.gambling is all about the moment you win and take your money as soon as possible .that feeling?but they destroy that .they are very fast and helpfull to take the deposits in seconds and upon win they play with you .it is like you are begging for your money.

I agree with you that if you sent all the necessary documents in February, there's no need to ask them again few months later. It's an unnecessary hassle for the player. I understand that you simply want to do the verification once and then play, lose or sometimes win. That's it.

Playing casino games should be about having fun. Scanning tons of documents every few months isn't fun at all. Considering my own experience with various online casinos, they almost never explain you why they need the documents again. It's either you send it again or you don't get the money so you're eventually forced to send it.

Anyway, I'd leave the casino immediately after the withdrawal reached my bank account.

hi Daniel,

my mistake it was in march 29 .its now 6 days ago.i dont understand what they want to acomplish with this torture .is it may be a sign to say dont play here anymore since my win is more then my lost .something is good about this casino i limited my wager and deposit to make sure i will not play it away 5500€ is my first win ever in 13 years and i get this can you imagine my feelings now ? i remember one time the same happend and i limited my wager and deposit .next day they cancelled my limits and puted the withdrawal back in my balance to play it away .i should have reported them that time.this is disgusting really no words .why authorotys dont take action against these casinos .mga licensed .can you believe this upon checking my acount they cancelled my withdrawal again without any notice .this is pure scammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

That's a great step to set the limits to make sure you won't lose it. You say you won more than you deposited. If the casino was smart, they'd give you the best possible experience, because then you'd come back and probably lost more than you won with them.

I wonder what they say if you ask them why they cancelled your pending withdrawal.

it is criminal to ask for documents and not able to lock the withdrawal .the balance is there to play away.i dont understand why casinos lie and pretend to act as responsible .hypocrites.gibraltar license is fake .i have a big balance and have to wait for 3 days till verification is completed .and after that 3 days to recieve the money if the situation suites them.wich evil idiot comes up with such crap to make players lose their money .

That's why we always recommended to set loss limits whenever you win a bigger amount (if you have the possibility in the casino, because not every casino has this option)
