Fraudulently removed funds from my debit card after my account had been self excluded.


called me multiple times offering promotions and incentives to continue gambling with them despite being excluded.


avoided answering questions and returning my funds or giving me information


sent me a legal letter basically a gagging document that I had to sign and act like an NDA offering a small goodwill gesture for me not to speak of them breaking multiple laws


I have all the documents and emails to share and back this up


just waiting on them to respond with their final decision to share call recordings and emails so resolve this issue before this is escalated to solicitors
