Hi Becky,

Ive had some strange unauthorised withdrawals from my bank account by the names:

Halycard.com

Billocard.com

Whitepregifts.com

Justloveegifts.com

Windercard.com

Atrexcard.com

When I deposit to JokaVipRoom I think they withdraw from my bank twice. Firstly from Rrog Nicosia and then with one of the above websites. But the second transaction is always a few dollars more.

How did you notice they made duplicate withdrawals from your account?

So its jokaroom then! I'm so glad I came across this discussion, thank u for posting. This is exactly what happened to me, I was researching it when I came across ur query. wow can't believe it, they have a good review from what I see, that's why I deposit through them.. I will be going straight to website for answers😠

We received many complaints against Joka Room in recent months, but most of times, the players who complain stopped responding to our messages so honestly, we don't know what's going on. There's something really going on or it's the same person creating new accounts and new complaints over and over again.

I'm definitely a new complaint, I have been with jokaroom for ages, even vip, usually recommend them,

only just recently noticed these merchant names on my bank statements. spoke to jokaroom and johnny kash as they too use these merchants, they are aware of complaints and tell me they will rectify it for me if I present a bank statement. I'm not sure if I'm being charged twice but I know they charge fees for these transactions which they say they will reimburse me for.

SO GLAD I FOUND THIS! I have also had money taken from my account from jokaroom it says Rrog Nicosia on my bank statement.

Ive been with them for a while and was upgraded to their VIP room not long ago

But now i have had close to 6 grand taken from my account

Were you able to resolve the issue and get reimbursed? Ive been trying to sort it out with them for over a week and they haven't been helpful at all 😕

Good luck I have been chasing them as of today for 77 days in the complaints area with the casino guru with Joka room no response. I had $9935

The casino should no the name. I have a open complaint from 77 days ago casino joka room has stopped replying. And now casino guru has extended it by 7 days. I have $9935 missing my money.

Is it possible for them to take money out of casino accounts? I can't run it, because I've been closed but I've never had money taken out
