I can't delete the card from my account without it being verified. Does anyone know where to find the card number with expiration date and mandatory names. Each casino refuses to verify this card without its names.

That's interesting. I have my own Monese card as well, but with my name, dates, signature on it. Anyway, you should be able to find information about the card in your mobile app. The Monese customer support should be able to tell you more. I haven't used my card for few years and I don't even have the app installed anymore.

Support does not return the answer to my first question, which was more than 1 month ago. For the last 9 days I have 4 emails sent and 2 phone calls but I can't contact them.

Like I said, this is a virtual card. But there is no necessary information even in the statement. I searched everywhere.

I would not make that mistake and deposit. But I had a forgotten amount and I wanted to spend it somewhere.

I was hoping someone would know how to find this information. Because now it's as if my accounts are locked right in the casinos where I play.

Regarding your second screenshot - what happens when you click on "Show" ?

Shows only CCV.

I connected the card to paypal. I edited the card display name and wrote my names. I took a screenshot from PayPal's website and sent it Interestingly, 2 of the casinos approved the photo and verified the account. For others, I'm still waiting.

That was actually a great idea to do it this way. Let's see if others will accept it as well. I just think that nobody should require something that you're not simply able to deliver. If the card is electronic and there's no name on it, then it's not your fault.
