Deposit Limit exceeded via Crypto Deposits

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone has come across this before. I have a deposit limit setup of $1000 on a certain casino. Which works really good when it comes to deposits via Credit Card. Obviously it declines any deposits over that $1000 limit. My problem is crypto currency which is Deposited by sending it from one wallet (Mine) to the casinos wallet. Over the course of 6 hours I was able to send 17,000 worth of deposits to this casino. Now I understand that limiting a crypto deposit might be difficult but could I be due a refund of some kind considering I had an obvious deposit limit set of $1000?

Thanks again,

Hi, I was talking to some colleagues about what you wrote and I have some questions. The limit you set, did you set it in the casino in your player account or when you say you set it on your card, did you have it set in the bank ? That's pretty important.

I would also like to know what casino it is. Limiting payment methods is not really a common practice and that is why I am asking because maybe our team would look into it but first I would like to know the answer.

So I will wait.

Hi,

I set the deposit limit in my player account on the casino website.

The casino is Spinbet.com, they offer deposit, loss and wager limits. I opted for a deposit limit.

Thank you for your reply, I would recommend in this case to file a complaint and we will see if our team can resolve something.

You can find the link here. ⬅️

If you don't know what to expect, we have written a guide that will give you all the answers. If you still want to ask a question, I'll be here.

I hope this can be sorted out somehow.

Okay I will submit a complaint.

I should also add that I contacted my account manager at the casino about this issue and he added a bonus of $2000 to my account and then another of $500. This was good but I was hoping to receive some of the funds back, if that's even possible.

Let's see what can be done. Of course, I would not accept anything for the time being until everything is sorted out, lest it should then be a reason that could cause unpleasantness.

So feel free to file a complaint and I'm curious to see where the team gets us.
