Hi, it's strictly forbidden to use payment methods registered to someone else on your casino account. In this case, your friends broke the terms and conditions. If they won the jackpot, I'd be quite sure they wouldn't get the winnings, but that's another case.

I suppose they don't want to pay you since they presume you have multiple accounts in the casino (based on the common payment method, you probably played from the same location, same IP address etc.)

I'd say the question is if they're also willing to believe your story about the poker night or not. If your friends have a casino account that they've been using for months or years, they normally use their payment methods there and this was just an exception, then they could believe it. If the accounts are new, then I'm afraid the casino will believe all of the accounts are yours.

Unfortunately we all setup the accounts on the same night.

I understand that it does not look good on my part but there was absolutely no malice involved.

They can both show their ID’s etc and send statements confirming what happened.

consdiering that it was my account that won the jackpot and it was my funds that I deposited with do you think I would have any leg to stand on?

i would really appreciate your help with this. I feel sick with the thought of loosing all that money .

please advise

thanks again

Hello there,

It's quite a hard lesson to learn. Anyway, no matter what we think now, the casino may surprise us with its judgment. Therefore I think you should submit a complaint. It's free and gives you a chance to explain the whole story to the casino.

To submit one, click or tap this link

Make sure to fully explain the situation, and feel free to copy and paste your posts there too.

As Daniel mentioned, the casino's approach will be crucial.

I wish you luck!

Many casinos state in the terms and conditions that you are not allowed to have multiple user accounts. Most of the time, it's a good idea to read through them before signing up. I wish you every success

Actually, all casinos - pure crypto anonymous casinos excluded - state in their terms only one account is allowed per person, technically also by household or IP address.
