just think if we won then they cancelled our winning due to team play with others then player what will do if he play alone also.

I think you misunderstood this part of terms and conditions. They don't say that you can't bet on red or black. They say you can't bet on red AND black at the same time (or do any other equal bets), which makes sense. When you bet on red AND black at the same time, you lose only in case the ball hit 0 or 00 (American roulette).

If I play with my own cash then what's problem..

with my own cash can i place bet on red and balck here player have chance to loss if ball lands on 0.

Maybe the casino has cashback or VIP system and they're afraid that someone would become VIP by wagering a lot of money, but in fact, they would do ii by betting on red AND black so they would do it with minimum risk?
