A question about bonus spins

Hi there.

I'm a little curious.

I was playing in a casino that our ballance updates before the spin ends and when a bonus start the ballance goes right to the ballance you will get when the bonus ends . Well everything was fine for me until the moment i got one bonus that i will choose cards that give me random multipliers. Well right at first spin my ballance went to the exact value that i would get after the bonus finished . So, that means that our decisions means nothing here, because whatever the position or simbol we choose we will find what the game wants us to find.. Is that meant to work like that ?

sorry about my poor english.

Hi, to give you a quick response: when you press the spin button, it's sent to the game providers servers, the result is decided and then the result is sent to you so you can view it on your screen.

What you're describing sounds to me like some strange issues with the game implementation, but there shouldn't be anything unfair about it. To give you an example: When you trigger free spins feature during your gameplay and your internet connection interrupts or the device's screen freezes, the game round is usually finished anyway. Many people believe that they lost their free spins or a bonus feature because of a lost internet connection, because when they get back into the game again, they don't see the free spins anymore, but in fact, when they look at the game rounds history, the result of the free spins is displayed there.

If it's more comfortable for you to write in Portuguese, you can do that. This forum uses the automatic translation feature. It's up to you 🙂

Hi Daniel. What I'm trying to say is that when the bonus round started, the amount I was going to win was already in my real balance. The problem is that during the game you have a feature to choose between three cards and win a random multiplier. What I mean is nothing is random because it seems that whatever card I choose will always come out with a multiplier already selected by the game.

I don't know if you can understand me ...

You rightly pointed out. And there is. Your winnings have already been determined. It doesn't matter which one you choose. I faced this problem when playing at Poker Stars. And so the casino representatives explained to me. As soon as you press the start button, the random number generator shows the result. Animation just for you to make it more interesting to play.
