Mifinity, the dumbest, most useless wallet ever. Checking documents, support, no feedback. You have to wait a very long time before knocking on "these" with a question or problem that has arisen. As a result, you never get an answer. I have money hanging there with which I cannot do anything for two months. I uploaded my id-card, driver's license, extract, the card itself to them, and they still do not verify my account..... what else do you need from me????? And with a 4-digit code on the statement - on the card, which cannot be found / there is no 4-digit code on the receipt and nowhere on the statement, this is absurd !!!!! Disappointed, evil .. I accidentally registered with an incorrect email. I just committed myself. So of course I can't receive emails from Mifinity and can't verify my account. You cannot change the email address in the settings. However, support only responds if you write from an email address that is registered with Mifinity. But that's not possible for me because the address doesn't exist. I feel completely helpless and have a large amount of money in the account and cannot withdraw it. Nobody helps me, I've already written 20 emails, even on Facebook and Instagram.

I'm willing to pay €50 for a tip that really helps me!

Hi, and I'm sorry you got yourself into this situation. I was going to tell you to write to support right away but I see you've already tried that and it didn't work. I find it a bit illogical if support only writes you back if you write from an email that is registered, because you obviously can't solve the problem that way, and on the other hand I don't think it would be something that would be difficult to do, since it's a matter of maybe a few minutes to change the email. However, I don't have such an account and therefore I can't advise what you should do, so I hope someone will contact you who has already had a similar problem.
