How do I correct account information from Inclave.com

I tried to register at a casino and they said I already have an account with I clave but that my email doesn't match. Well if my email doesn't match how can I have an account? So I went to inclave website and registered. They sent an email confirmation. Without reading it I scrolled downed and hit confirmation link. After doing so they brought up account information and it's not me. Now my email and phone number are linked to someone else. How do I get my information unlinked from their account?

Hi, true, it is not easy to find a contact. I was not successful neither and tried to google it as well. What about to set a new account and register again or if it is not allowed because of your already used personal details then to ask a friend and contact them through the friend's account and inform them about the whole issue and about the error that happened by linking the wrong contact information. Well, the more I think about that, the more I'm convinced you need to reach out to the Inclave.

Even though I probably understand the issue, at the same time, I'm quite convinced that the main purpose of the Inclave, and also the reason why casinos prefer to use it, is the ability to register yourself just once and then use the password and login details on many pages, right?

I would search your mailboxes for emails you've gotten so far from this particular casino in order to try this email out.

Well I hope there will be someone who will be able to give you some tips about what to do. I am not familiar with Inclave, unfortunately. I would say, this kind of information should be stated on their site though.🤷‍♀️
