Best way to recieve a refund

One clear reason for a gambling operator that is serious with their business and in terms of responsible gaming is if a customer have managed to gamble away/deposit money even though he or she had asked for a permanent closure with the specific reason mentioned: Gambling addiction.

If the customer then informed the gambling operator yet:

a) The casino still allowed you to play.

b) The casino closed your account but you were able to re-open it.

c) You managed to gamble away on another casino within the same (license same brand) note: Some casino claim separate licenses even though they are the same brand. Then there is nothing to do.

This however is not the only reasons for a possible refund.

After managing around hundreds of refund since 2016 I'm willing to look through some of your errands, for free to evaluate the chances you have for a sucessful refund, and might give you some advice.

I can however max help 5 people as my time is limited.

If you're interested email me at: Rattvistspel@gmail.com explain your errand in brief, I don't have the time to read a whole wall of text, also be as honest as possible.

Good luck!

If you would recieve a refund of your net losses,

Honestly, what would you do with the money?

Leave the casino world? Pay off debts? Play even more? Vacation?

It is really nice that you offer some help with this topic, and I hope it will not be some kind of advertisement as we don't allow it on our forum.

Therefore, if I may ask you, what makes you do this for someone if you say that you don't want any money?🤔

That's nice. I'm honestly glad that someone would give such an answer because I believe a lot of people would probably lose it back with the vision of winning even more.

You surprised me pleasantly. 🙂

I told amonbet i had a gambling problem and wanted my account closed via their live chat they said they couldnt do it and i needed to email.

in between the space and time of them getting back to me via email allowed me to spend much more.

i asked donbet to close my account forever they said they had but then allowed me to re-open although i did not mention gambling issue.

Hello, I understand that you had two cases in two different casinos, yes? So is your situation somehow related to the title of this thread? In the first case I think it would be better to ask for self-exclusion and actually in the second case as well. Closing an account doesn't have to be permanent and it can often turn out exactly as you wrote, that is, that the casino will reopen it for you on a simple request.

Anyway, can you tell me a bit more about what you actually want to say? I mean is it somehow related o refunds?

it fits into the original posters statements…

Sure I understand what you are writing, I am more interested in whether you asked for refunds or not?

As for point c, it's not usual, at least I haven't noticed it yet, that if you close your account or self-exclude yourself in a casino, it would also apply to other sister casinos. Usually you have to request this separately at each one. Very few casinos I have seen where if you self-exclude in one, it applies to the whole group.

Anyway, my question still remains the same.

I havent asked for refunds, but is this guy who originally posted offering assistance for me was more of the reason of my posting

Hi!

If so, I advise contacting the man you mentioned by clicking the quote or reply button. In my opinion, it was unclear to whom you were responding, and we may got a bit lost.

In this way, you may be able to find what you are looking for. Care to try?

Hello, I can answer with my experience, I appealed against techsolutions because I had closed my account due to addiction, I opened an account with 20bet, from techsolutions. After arguing with 20bet that I was excluded from 22bet and claiming that they used the same license, I turned to kahnawake, and in less than 7 days they returned my deposits.

I now have an open complaint at the guru casino between altacore casinos, where the same thing happened, but there's still no outcome.

Yes there are Licenses or casinos where when you self-exclude from one, it applies to the whole group but for casinos that have the license. But this is not the custom and often the players have to or should be informed about it. If it is valid and you can appeal it then you are entitled to refunds, if it is not then there are many casinos where you would not get your money back.

I posted something here today about my case. How can I contact you? Here through the forum? If you can help me and I get my money back, I'll donate €500 to a charity of your choice. I'll provide proof!

Your offer with 500 euro to a organisation I choose sounds very good, as long as we can settle a agreement about that.

I believe i'm not allowed to write my email here? But in that case I ask admin to remove it, but my email is Rattvistspel@gmail.com

Sorry for my late reply, out of goodwill and helping other people. I know the feeling of being at zero. I dont wish that upon anyone.

Sorry for my late response been having a busy life,

That's nice to hear. Hope you actually resort to quitting gambling overall, and just focus on that, money is never made from casino, only lost. So try your level best to find other ways to make money, today we have internet, theres plenty of opportunities.

So it seems we have the common goal then. May I know how you aim to help these people in the first place? Surely you know forums are hunting grounds for shady characters, so I hope you understand we, on the other hand, aim to know specifics.

Of course, it is anyone's free will to set an agreement or get in touch with comlete stranger; however, can you share the details, please?

It is nothing personal; we have to be suspicious since scammers have been faking support for vulnerable players for ages even here. I recall the last one pretty well... 🙁
