Withdrawal - Vulkan Casino

I wanted to put out some feelers and get some suggestions from anyone.

I recently won a couple fairly large casino winnings at Vulkan. My balance currently is $118,000 CAD. I've never won anything near this much before.

I've started the verification process and have emailed support a couple of times for clarity on withdrawing funds. Online chat has proven to be useless as I just got booted.

All of the sudden the casino page won't load for me for the last few hours. I'm beginning to feel highly skeptical and wonder if I'm being blocked somehow and so will start the battle to get my winnings.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Tips?

Generally speaking, if the page doesn't load for you, it's always better to try another browser and device. Please, let us know if you manage to get your winnings since I read some complaints against the casino here on the forum quite recently.

Keep in mind that maybe there is some withdrawal limit so you can have let's say only 2 active withdrawals at the same time.
