I'm participating in slot tournaments and I just won the tournament, finishing in first place in the game Epic Dream. I would like to know if it is possible to exchange the value of the voucher for the cash prize. I am proposing to exchange the $380 voucher for $330 in cash. The reason for this exchange is that I recently won another tournament here at Casino Guru, on Pragmatic's Gate Olympus game, and received an Amazon voucher worth $100. However, I ended up losing my purchase when I arrived in Brazil, as I was charged a higher fee than the purchase value. In this case, I can only make purchases on Amazon Brazil. Frankly, as the rules say, only vouchers are allowed as prizes. I want you to know that you are then responsible for its usage.

Sadly, the main point is that we can't distribute money, as far as I can tell. On the other hand, this is a curious situation indeed, and I will try to get some insights.

I learned that if you want to sell this voucher, you have to send the email with the voucher to the person concerned. It doesn't have a code or anything like that. 🙂

Anyone who read my previous posts already knew that the idea of selling the voucher wouldn't work, and probably already expected that it wouldn't work. I ended up losing $100 of the first prize, in addition to $47 from my own pocket in purchases on Amazon, all taxed and retained by Brazilian customs. However, I was lucky enough to win another prize again, this time for $380. I discovered an American exchange platform where I decided to sell the voucher, but I was robbed and lost everything.

In short, I learned that it is not possible to sell a voucher or make purchases on Amazon.com if you are from Brazil.

Oh, I'm so sorry this happened to you. I wouldn't dream of someone taking your voucher. As much as I hate to say it, it will probably be a lesson for you in the future, and I guess you can't trust everything nowadays. I'd rather spend it on some of my needs if you can manage to win again. 

Regarding the game itself, which you tried in the casino, you can write some experience directly in the thread for it, so all you have to do is find the game here and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. There you can write a post about it.
