Do you think CasinoGURU makes bad casinos to look fine with high rating, and also fake reviews, i can see casino owners trying to increase rating with short max points reviews, but if you are too pissed, and negative on your review, mostly is not approved.

I got scammed many times by many HIGH rating casinos here, so it's a not fair, and this website is not about you - the players, is about to promote this shady casinos!!!

They will not approve my topic because is the truth about, nice!

Hey there.

Topic approved 🙂.

I honestly can't figure out our approach,... Follow my dilemma for a second, please.

Many times before, you kept returning only to accuse us of your bad experiences with casinos, yet at the same time, you refused to submit a single complaint. I'll remind you of our point of view, for the last time, because, as explained a month ago - right here 👈, we can't help you without direct cooperation through the complaint process.

I'm really sorry you have failed to understand that. If you're not willing to prove your statements, which have already turned into simple accusations, there is no way to take your words against the casino seriously.

For example, how did you calculate "70% has to be a joke, they scam players!!!!!!!!"

Not only did you sabotage your chances to get help or investigate what you stated as scam behavior, but you also kept writing accusations in the user reviews, which are not reviews at all - it's the very same as your forum posts, though. Nothing concrete, just general complaining. Those were rejected.

I guess it won't hurt to mention that user reviews have no impact on the casino's Safety Index, so we don't have to reduce negative reviews, as suggested. We just aim to keep the rating unbiased, and untouched by general accusations. If a player submits a non-saying bad review, we aim to gather details on behalf of the rest of the community so others may find anything useful to consider. If such a player accuses the casino of anything unfair, we suggest a complaint.

As you may see, submitting a complaint is the ultimate way to express concrete issues, prove unfair practices, and help the community. Can you do that?

Make it official, submit complaints, and prove your words.

Otherwise, stop with these offensive opinions of yours - all will be deleted, and your access to this forum will be restricted. Final warning: It's now up to you.

Hello,

Just to understand your post correctly, are you saying you've experienced us making unfair casinos look better?

You know, it's quite normal that we all have different tastes and preferences, surely it works the same for casinos too.

However, when it comes to fairness, we consider the likelihood that the casino will treat players fairly generally and adhere to fair terms.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't found the metrics to your liking. Could you share what seems to be wrong, please? Each time we find out a casino is not acting fairly, its safety index is at risk.

Thus, sharing your experience matters. Speaking of which, are you now reflecting on your NANOGAMES.io review, perhaps?
