Casino guru ratings

I've been doing a lot of reading on here as of late. I've noticed that casino guru gives perfect and good ratings to casinos with habitually unsolved complaints, thousands, in the double digits, black points, and habitually negative reviews by people who actually play there. Do they actually play at these casinos? Why is a casino with over 30k black masks still being given a good review and why are they on several blacklists that are ignored by casino guru? I gotta assume they actually are being paid for their reviews at this point because it makes absolutely no sense. And why are such horrific casinos ran by casino groups that are known to not pay customers not blacklisted? Why are there absolutely no blacklisted casinos at all that are welcoming US players? It's like you're in cahoots to take money from US players. Make it make sense. Please.

Hello,

as you mentioned, we do things differently.

We developed and are still developing our own way of reviewing casinos.

Read this article, please:

It would be good if you could share the names of casinos that have a good or better reputation and yet lots of complaints were submitted against and more importantly closed as unresolved.

Thank you.

Do things differently? You guys are the ones giving the black marks... How's that even make sense to do that and give good ratings?

Hello,

it's actually quite simple when it comes to the black points. The more black points earned, the lower the reputation score goes. Furthermore, there are certain things that we find severely against fair gambling, so if we find that any casino enforces such behavior it will be stripped from the "perfect and very good reputation". More details here, not sure you'll check it, but that's ok 🙂.
