Why is golden crown casino fraudulent

Mind that it should be readable. You just need to hold your id and paper in one hand ( the two should be readable) and hold your phone in another and take a good selfie where all the information will be visible

This is ludicrous it is impossible to hold all this and take pic and have face in it. They are making me jump through hoops when i have provided EVERYTHING.

Like selfies holding 2 things arms hands visable and face and readable not on white paper. They are deliberately asking for more and more. Rejected 7 times after i provide everything they ask for each time. And now this selfie one this morning. How can one hand hold a passport and a piece of paper without covering some part of it whilst having your face in it as well .

I just want my money thats rightfully mine. My mother just died i tried these online things for 3 nights and won . I wont gamble again. So are they just going to steal my money

I sympathise with you regarding this form of KYC identification it’s as you say almost impossible to do that and keep it all in focus.🤪 I had to do it to verify myself to a casino it took me 4hrs and 8 send ins before I finally got verification. It would be better if someone could take the photo the process they want you to go through is crazy 😝

I think that a short video would be much easier to take, so you can stand and hold it all the way you were asked to hold it.

This is exactly how it works…..first verify this and that document…..then send a selfie x times then blurry then the little finger is not on it then the thumb….The main thing is not to have to pay out…..Shame for all reputable casinos
