Westcasino insufficient withdrawal time

Good Morning,

I am now waiting 1 week for a payout of 1400 euros.

A first of 600 euros lasted 5 days.

This casino intentionally drags out withdrawal requests.

The additional withdrawal limit of 2000 euros per week is even worse.

The timer only starts counting when an amount is received.

Immediately after winning 600 euros, I won 1650 euros with a stake of 25 euros.

Since I was only able to pay out 1400, I gambled away 250 more and made a total of 3000 euros again.

Now I have to wait more than 1 week in the worst case and then another week for the last 1000 euros.

Who gives this junk casino such good reviews?

Even the support is complete rubbish.

I wanted to request an increase in the limit from the account manager.

It doesn't matter where I sent emails.

Account manager, support, finance department, nobody has even read an email in over a week of waiting.

It is by far the worst casino in terms of support.

Hm, I'm just looking at our review and it says the withdrawal limit is 5000 per week which would be enough in your case so I'm going to ask my colleague to take a look at the casino again and possible change the review and adjust the rating. 2000 is a very low withdrawal limit per week indeed.

Hello Headi.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I have just checked the casino T&Cs, see picture below

Could you be more specific? Do they allow only one transaction per week?

No so many transactions are reached up to 2000 euros!

I just asked support and they said it's 2000€ max per week.

Of course I had to get the stupid on to talk to 🙄🙄

Hello Frankey,

thank you for the information. I think they have to update their own T&C then... 🙂

I'll update Jozef.K

I don't know how Dama NV handles their Money or what banks they use. Could be that they having difficulties themselves because of the sanctions put on this russian Lunatic starting a war in Europe

I don't want to sound so negative here, still, all is possible these days...

But clear Terms and Conditions are necessary and basic here, don't you agree?

The terms and conditions are completely misleading. These explicitly state that 5,000 euros will be paid out every week!

I have days of hassle with them. The support is just too stupid and not clear about legal bases. They always swarm enough players. What bothers me is the encouragement of gambling addiction through this system. These limits entice players to keep playing! And that is also the criminal aim of this casino! And in most cases this plan will work! There are enough players who then see that they have 5000 euros left and then think that you can still gamble a bit. There might still be something to win. And bang the money is gone... Goes faster than you can see. Anyway, I've never won 6800 euros, I don't know the feeling! Neither do others. And they are the ones trying to win more!

Hello Headi,

Let's wait for how your complaint develops because it combines several aspects and therefore it is quite interesting.

Could you explain how do you think their limits entice players to keep playing, please?

Very simple explanation. A player has the opportunity to cash out a big win. He'll do it the first time he hits a huge win! You don't keep playing.

The situation is different if you have e.g. 6000 euros in your account and have to wait for your payouts for weeks, as in this casino. You keep playing because you might be bored and you think you might win more.

That's the tactic of the casinos!

The problem with this casino isn't just the withdrawal limit! A payout took at least 5 days!

You cannot then make the next payout after these 5 days! The waiting time begins only after the money is in your account! In other words, I had to wait 5 days and then wait another week until I can request the next amount!

It's already 2 days! You can calculate how long it takes for 6800 euros to be paid out!

This is rip off!

The Ar******ers know that many players then gamble away the coal! This is gambling addiction promotion!

Hello,

I can understand your point. O the other hand I would like to add that our complaint team always allows casinos accused of delay two full weeks - 14 days - to process a payment. We also warn that it's only the player's responsibility whether he/she will keep playing in the meantime. If you are worried, ask the casino for an account block, let's say for a week. Or set up limits, if it is possible. I think that you have tried, haven't you?

How did it work, please?

It would be pretty hard to prove that the casino is delaying payment just for the purpose you suggested, I think.

I wouldn't write something like that if I wasn't sure. I spoke to a lawyer who specializes in this beforehand.

He concedes chances of success, since some things in the terms and conditions are not formulated in a legally compliant manner.

For example, there is no precise point on the subject of preferential treatment for frequent players.

Frequent players may only benefit from bonuses and promotions, but not from payments.

According to the lawyer, some court judgments have been made against such imprecisely formulated limits in the past.

It's also not the first time I've taken legal action against a casino.

So what should be the correct state of rules regarding the regular player being benefited from payments, please? I'm not sure I follow at this point.

Anyway, what is your next step now?

eCogra is investigating. I have been informed that the casino has submitted documentation.

That's good says my lawyer!

Now the next act of arbitrariness from Westcasino.

They want documents for my source of income.

I only deposited 400 euros with them and I will do the devil and not show them anything.

Very interesting!

I still think it would be good to show some level of collaboration though. That's just my point of view.

Define a certain level of cooperation???

By the way, the casino scored a huge own goal.

It just deleted the sentence with the withdrawal limit, which says to write to your account manager to increase the limit!

You wrote that:

"They want documents for my source of income.

I only deposited 400 euros with them and I will do the devil and not show them anything."

So I just reacted to the part: "I will do the devil and not show them anything." 🙂

I'm sorry but I do not understand what huge own goal do you mean.

This is something that can happen in any casino, I do know that there are some that the customer service is better than others, but my advice to you would be to have patience and once you have your money close your account and go with another site
