I would advise strongly to stay away from GGbet. They activities are criminal and attempt to steal funds.

I won a little and they asked for KYC VIA WHATSAPP OR SKYPE! Yes you heard correctly. They wanted me to share my screen and skrill details via skype. I refused of course. Sent in my ID, Proof of address, bank cards, skrill details and selfie with ID.

They requested me send in ANOTHER selfie with my ID and a note with email on it? My camera phone doesnt work and have no camera so in order to provide this I had to breach restrictions in my country. They didnt care. They said once I provided it my account would be verified. So I put mine and my friends (and their families) health at risk and got the picture. GGBET then said they need more selfies with proof of addresses? DISGUSTING!

I stated i was papereless and that POA provided was from a few weeks ago for a loan application and I have nothing else only pdfs or screenshots from my accounts. They didnt care and ignored fact they had told me the above pic was all they needed.

They are criminals and are trying to take my money so now Im going to have to take legal action unless CG can help me....This is actually the second site ive signed up with through CG and had issues.

DISAPPOINTING!

It doesn't sound to me that they try to steal your money. It rather sounds that they see some red flags on your account and they want to make sure that they verify your account properly. Even though you did nothing wrong, you can have the same IP as someone who already registered there etc.

"This is actually the second site ive signed up with through CG and had issues."

We're an online casino reviews database. That means you can find very good casinos, decent or even very bad ones on our website. GG bet has a rating of 6.0/10 and the reputation is marked as "questionable" so it doesn't sound to me like a casino that we would recommend to you.

Extremely worrying response from an employee of Casino Guru here.

You think it’s not worrying when a casino lies to you on email about you being verified and then revoking this? You also think it’s not worrying for a casino to request a Skype call when you Share your Skrill account!!!! You also don’t think it’s worrying a casino puts someone’s health at risk due to COVID for ridiculous KYC requests that are above and beyond anything any reputable casino asks for?

They are attempting theft as I’ve provided all KYC details and more required by all regulators.

You have them on your site don’t you? You have a big button ‘Play now’ for the casino don’t you? You collect your affiliation money from my sign up don’t you?

Ridiculous response from you here.

Hey buddy, are you sure it's ggbet representatives? Maybe it's just scammers. I don't think that such a large and well-known company can afford such impudence. In any case, if you go to court, then with a probability of 90% you will win this case, if you of course wrote really as it was. I played on https://www.ninjacasino.com/ca and often I donated my winnings at ggbet and put bets ( by the way, I do it pretty well :)) and they always gave me money as it should be. I didn't notice any strange actions behind them. Apparently you're out of luck, try to contact them after all

"You think it’s not worrying when a casino lies to you on email about you being verified and then revoking this?"

No, it happens from time to time that player's account needs to be verified again. It's typically due to new payment methods used on the account, expired IDs, but there can be other reasons as well.

"You also think it’s not worrying for a casino to request a Skype call when you Share your Skrill account!!!!"

No, Skrill and other ewallets are often used by bonus abusers and organised groups. They usually have Skrill accounts and you can track many transactions between these players who are part of the group. The casino probably wants to verify that you're not a part of such a group.

"You also don’t think it’s worrying a casino puts someone’s health at risk due to COVID for ridiculous KYC requests that are above and beyond anything any reputable casino asks for?"

No, I don't. They didn't put your health at risk. It was your decision to visit your friend and borrow the phone in order to do the selfie. You could simply ask someone to take a picture of you holding your ID, keep the 2m long distance and ask the person to send you the photo via email or you could borrow and old phone with working camera from your relatives or friends.

I always advise players to cooperate with casinos, do whatever they require just in order to get money from them, because that's the most important part of it. Once you get the money, you can decide whether you want to continue playing there or if you rather want to close your account and even a submit a complaint about their behaviour.

You obviously refused to cooperate with the casino, because your subjective feeling tells you that they have no reason to ask for more proofs and you're convinced that you provided enough. Unfortunately that's now how the verification process works. They're not going to verify your account based on the fact that you're convinced you provided enough.
