Hi! I have problems with verification on HitNSpin. In the "proof of payment" they ask me for documentation about a bank transfer (blik) from the bank. I have been trying to send it to them for several days and they do not accept it, even though it is clearly visible that the payment for the balance has been made. Unless they mean the first payment towards the balance, and not, for example, the next one?

Hello. Sorry about the issue you are experiencing at this casino. Have the explained to you the reason for not accepting the document, perhaps? Was it sent in the right format? Usually the casinos ask for a .pdf format of these documents, so try to check that, and maybe this will be the solution to this. You should be able to ask from your bank to get the monthly statement, where the deposit to this casino it's shown, in .pdf format, if you do not get these kind of documents automatically.
