They won’t show me my transaction history or show me how much I lost to how much I won over the two years of being a member. Also with the amount of money I have thrown away to these guys I have never won over $1000. It is a physical impossibility to win anything more. I am at a high level. You think I would eventually win something substantial. Nope. I wanna know what my RTFP is and I bet it is around 20 percent return. They claim to be high rate. But they continue to rip me off. When I contacted customer support they said sorry for your bad luck. I spent $400 and won nothing. Not anything. They gave me a $50 bonus but that was gone in a few spins with no return. There was two separate occasions where I had one $800 and $1000. Went to withdraw the funds. They blocked my account and made me explain why I lost $6000 dollars in the month of march from the previous year. Made me show them proof that money was legit and I had made it through working a legit job. Made me do all these verification steps to prove it was legit. Ummm your bullshit casino is why I lost $6000 if I would have seen a rftp of 80 percent like it’s supposed to be then I would have had $4800 dollars won. Nope lost $6000. Then they block my account when I try and pull $1000 out after putting in double that. Now I’m so far in I’m looking for that big payout to make it even remotely worth while. Not even a $1000 dollar win and play consistently for over two years. Loyalty program my ass. cause I legit might take this to court. You legally need to have a return to what you are putting in and the numbers don’t even closely add up. I want compensation for the percentage that was not returned and is legally required by law as them acting as a casino.
