They don't verify my account

Good evening, I've been trying to verify my account for over 5 months and they haven't verified it. They ask for my ID and selfie and they never approve the verification. What can I do?

Hello, could I know what casino this is about please? 5 months is quite a long time and I don't know what could be behind the fact that you are still not verified. Is the ID the only thing that is causing the problem? Also, did the casino tell you what specific things you should do to be approved?

Hello, the casino is Rushbeth in Colombia. They're asking me to verify my ID. I try to do it. The camera pops up, I take a photo of my ID and a selfie, but the validation never passes. I've written to them several times to send the photos by email, and they tell me it's not possible, that verification can only be done through their validation system. They also only let me withdraw funds, leaving my account inactive. That was due to a large win after a bet.
