Hello, the casino is Rushbeth in Colombia. They're asking me to verify my ID. I try to do it. The camera pops up, I take a photo of my ID and a selfie, but the validation never passes. I've written to them several times to send the photos by email, and they tell me it's not possible, that verification can only be done through their validation system. They also only let me withdraw funds, leaving my account inactive. That was due to a large win after a bet.
