Shocking policy of 2 working days pending period! that's a total lie its been 7 working days and still not processed my withdrawal now asking for verification and saying takes further 5 working days to process! omg total joke of a site there is no customer contact number and they dont respond to emails!
Don't make me wrong, I'm not saying it's alright, however, it's even a pretty common waiting period these days, I'm afraid. Give them a few more days.
You may consider submitting a complaint, especially in case they stop any communication. Hope they don't.
I think you may even wait longer since it's Christmas time and many employees are on holiday... 🙁
